By going to settings, options, you can activate the option “Configure your SMTP”.<\/p>\n

Configuration is done to show one’s e-mail address when sending out interventions to customers.<\/p>\n

If the configuration is not carried out, the customer will have reports with the sender’s name of our application.<\/p>\n

To do the integration is very easy, going to the “Configure your SMTP” part, you will need to enable the option and then enter your data:<\/p>\n

Once the data has been entered, it will be necessary to click “verify configuration” to ensure that it is done correctly.
