By activating the option in settings, options, called “Input of opening reasons with preconfigured values”, it is possible to have a selection of intervention reasons already entered in the software.<\/p>\n

In the section “Customise Interventions” you will find the section “Reasons for opening intervention” where you can enter various options.<\/p>\n

By clicking on Add, new ones can be entered:<\/p>\n

This process helps the administration and technicians to speed up the creation of the intervention, as the creation of the reason will be as selected:<\/p>\n

The technician will see the reason on his\/her device and the PDF will show the same:<\/p>\n
