Checks, i.e. the &#8220;tasks&#8221; that a particular Job has (plumber: pipe leakage check, electrician: cable check, boilermaker: smoke check), are also linked to the jobs.<\/p>\n<p>It can be activated under settings, options, in the general options.<\/p>\n<p>By going to the appropriate section, you can add Jobs:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-37027 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beeduty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2025-07-04-110646.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"248\" height=\"334\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.beeduty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2025-07-04-110646.png 248w, https:\/\/www.beeduty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2025-07-04-110646-223x300.png 223w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 248px) 100vw, 248px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>By clicking on a Job, you will be able to add the Checks that can be completed when performing the intervention:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-37033 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.beeduty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2025-07-04-110725.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"710\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.beeduty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2025-07-04-110725.png 710w, https:\/\/www.beeduty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2025-07-04-110725-300x184.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 710px) 100vw, 710px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once this process has been created, you will be able to associate the Job to a Technician, go to the My Technicians section, enter it and it will be shown in the schedule under the Technician&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<p>For maintenance contracts, by entering Jobs and Checks, the technician will find the various sections to be filled in during a contract activity.
